Management and Supervision

According to the California Department of Real Estate (DRE), all real estate brokers and salespersons must  complete at least 45 clock hours* of continuing education to renew their California Real Estate License.  

  • 30 Hours of Consumer Protection (Real Estate Update Course)

  • 15 Hours (3 Hours Each: Agency, Ethics, Trust Fund Handling, Fair Housing, and Risk Management

NEW LEGISLATION​

 

Effective January 1, 2016

 

Almost all licensees are also required to complete a new course in 

Management and Supervision.
